That is quite the harvest! I'm hoping that this was before a big freeze? Ideally you would harvest dinner things at different times as they are ready. But as a Minnesoten I understand that the weather doesn't always allow for that!

Yes. It is snowing. But saying "my son xxxx out in the snow" is a bit exaggerative.

Take some of those green tomatoes and slice them up and moisten them with some cold water, or even use a beat up egg or two, then dip them in cornmeal mixed with a lil salt n pepper, and fry them til they are golden brown,... thats some GOOOOD eatin right there!! Or slice one of those pretty ripe tomatoes, put some mayo on a couple of slices of bread, add 3 or 4 tomato slices, or even 1 slice if the slice is big enough to cover the bread slice, add a lil salt n pepper, put the other slice of mayo 'd bread on top and , ooooooooo doggies, that's a sammich right there!! I live in Canada on Woodstock First Nation and this year Dad and I have a garden going for our Indigenous elders so they can have the fresh vegetables that they sure love and they love when Dad drops the veggies for them cause they enjoy that conversation with Dad and it gives them a moment out of their day to tell stories and be seen !!

I planted some sunflowers, but they didn’t do so well so I went to Lowe’s got one, it is blooming beautifully. I think I’m gonna go back and get some more. I love sunflowers 🌻 🌻🌻🌻😊😊

My husband has lots many jobs. Not because he's a bad worker but because he just wasn't happy. I didn't care. I wanted him to be happy. Didn't care what he did as long as he loved it. He would get depressed and start feeling worthless but I always made sure I was in his corner and that I loved him no matter what. He now has been working the same job for 3 years and loves it more than anything.
